Cancellation Policy:

• All deposits stipulated in advertising are non-refundable.
• A 50% cancellation fee of payments made (excluding the booking deposit) applies if cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival.
• A 100% cancellation fee of all payments applies if cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival, or in the event of a no‑show.
• A 100% cancellation fee of your total amount applies if you cancel and request to be moved to another date (date changes are not permitted – see below).
• For all MSC TRIPS: A 100% cancellation fee of your total amount applies if cancelled less than 90 days before the travelling date.
• For all trips outside South Africa: A 100% cancellation fee of your total amount applies if cancelled less than 40 days before the travelling date.
• Deposits of any amount are used to secure your spot; cancellation of your booking will result in 100% forfeiture of this money.
• Bookings will not be moved or transferred to other dates. Lelo‑N Travels reserves the right to decline any change‑of‑date requests.
• Lelo‑N Travels reserves the right to cancel any tour at any time, with explanation (e.g., if a trip does not have enough bookings due to cancellations or general low numbers).
• Approved credits are valid for only 3 months to be redeemed or used; thereafter they will be automatically cancelled without refund.
